Strata-G is seeking an experienced Project Controls with the following:

Summary:

Your role will be working under the direction of the Program Manager. The position performs:

  • Oversight of M&O contractor’s project control system implementation.
  • Tracks subproject performance relative to budget and schedule.
  • Evaluates proposed baseline change proposals, evaluates project monthly reports for project controls-related sensitivities.
  • Identifies emerging project issues based on evaluation of contractor data.
  • Combine departmental and contract companies schedules and set up earned value tracking and resource tracking in the schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reports on work accomplishments, SPI & CPI of the work performed. Monitor cost on a weekly basis and alert the CM of variances.
  • Prepare estimates of work to be performed by the direct hire construction craft and load the Resources in the Project Schedule.

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires a candidate that can work independently and collaboratively, thrives on exceeding expectations, is highly organized, and is adept at working on multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. The position is both in the office and allows for up to 50% telework currently, subject to change.

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution.
    • Minimum 10 years field project controls engineering/construction oversight/monitoring experience on large (greater than $10M) construction projects.
    • Hands-on experience with Primavera/P6, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
    • Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance.
