Strata-G is seeking an experienced Compensation Professional I with the following:

Summary:

This position provides specific support with the process to review, prepare and control job descriptions and job level guides for the entire organization.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

  • Basic knowledge and/or familiarization with applicable principles and fundamentals related to job description, job analysis and consolidation.
  • Desirable familiarization with FLSA exempt analysis and career progression concepts.
  • Good computer skills about Outlook and Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
  • Good evaluation and analysis capabilities,
  • attention to details, accuracy, good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Organized, team oriented, results oriented and collaborative.

Duties Shall Generally Include:

  • Perform job analysis and consolidations of job responsibilities/tasks, position levels and professional requirements
  • Also, this position assists with reporting and to organize & keep files and records about the JD project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desirable bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, accounting or related field.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing job descriptions as well as conducting job analysis and consolidation of jobs, levels and professional requirements

Hours/Duration: 40 hours per week (1040 hours for 6 months).

Location: Hybrid ***(local candidates (Golden, CO) strongly preferred but remote candidates may be considered).
