Summary:
The Engineering Manager Job Family has full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments on engineering matters pertaining to the project, projects or designated large engineering assignments.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent. Registered Professional Engineer a plus but not required.
Experience:
15+ years total engineering experience with at least 5 years of this experience in a supervisory capacity. Minimum 5 years field experience in the design, installation, and operation of electrical systems, and in performing examinations of electrical equipment.
Level Specific Responsibilities:
Manages all engineering activities for a functional engineering organization.
