Strata-G is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Management Support with the following:


  • Serve as the main point of contact between organization staff and management regarding refrigerants/refrigerant management and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Understand the role and responsibilities of a Refrigerant Technician to include reporting and recordkeeping under the DOE contract as well as under 40 CFR 82 Subpart F.
  • Verify all field data is captured by the Refrigerant Technicians on field sheets and provide feedback for collecting necessary records.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of refrigerant containing appliances and refrigerant containing cylinders.
  • Enter all applicable data into the Refrigerant Compliance Management (RCM) software, be able to track and follow up on maintenance/repair/disposal of appliances as well as generate reports within the RCM software.
  • Track new/current appliances, collect data on new/current appliances, and ensure new appliance purchases follow DOE contractual obligations for reducing emissions.
  • Provide compliance records and certifications when requested for regulatory reporting purposes.
  • Participate in internal and external compliance assessments or inspections as requested.
  • Follow SBMS and internal operating procedures. Inventory and track new/current appliances to ensure HFC phase out requirements are planned for and met.
  • Inventory and track current appliances to ensure proper planning of aging ODS containing appliance replacement.


An engineering degree is preferable but will consider other backgrounds/experience as well.
